Terms and Conditions

1. Whilst every care will be taken we can not be held liable for and loss or damage to clothing or personal belongings how soever caused whilst in our studio.

2. We can not be held liable for any damage to clothing or personal belongings including home furnishings where a take away kits has been purchased.

3. Whilst every care will be taken ceramics and pottery can be unpredictable and on occasions items of pottery or clay work may become damaged during the firing process . we can not be held liable for the loss or damage of such items In these rare circumstances we can only offer a refund or replacement.

4. We can not be held liable for any emotional stress or trauma relating to the loss or damage of any items made or created in our studio.

5. It is the responsibility or the participant/customer to ensure any safety notices , rules and regulations have been adhered to. Any such regulations shall be clearly displayed on our premises.

6. All participants/customers under the age of 18 shall remain the responsibility of their parent or carer and as such anyone who displays any behaviour likely to cause injury, trauma or distress to themselves or others will be asked to leave/be collected and no refund shall be given.

7. All classes and workshops shall be paid for in advance or on the day of the event 

8 In the unlikely event of a class or workshop being cancelled by us we will reschedule at a mutual date.

9. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

10. By booking any class , workshop or event or visiting our studio for any other class or activity you are deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions and as such to have accepted them.
